Welcome to our Newsletter
This week has been an exciting one, and I’m not just talking about the football!
The key stage 2 production of ‘The School-O-Vison’ took place last night and this afternoon. Such fantastic singing and acting, with lots of humour thrown in, ensured that our audience were fully entertained.
Thanks, as always, go to the staff who go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure such performances are a huge success.
Our children too always shine so bright and this year’s year 6 proved to be no exception- we certainly have some real stars who gave brilliant performances. Let’s hope our England team take a leaf out of their book and face their match on Sunday with such commitment, enthusiasm, and positivity!
Two important assemblies will be taking place next week. On Thursday at 9.00am we will have our final Achievement Assembly of the year- all parents are welcome to attend. If your child is to receive an award you will receive a sch.life message prior to the assembly. For our year 6 families, the leaver’s assembly will take place on Friday morning at 9.10am. We hope to see lots of you there as the children give their final performance at Crestwood Park.
We know that there is a lot of excitement leading up to England's football match on Sunday. If England win we have decided to allow children to come into school in red/white clothing or England football tops on Monday to celebrate! ⚽
Happy Birthday to you...

We would like to say a very big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to...Ella, Isla and Haidar who have all celebrated their birthdays this week or over the weekend.

SAFE SPARKS
Some of our children have been thinking about being SAFE- the SPARKS value we have been focusing on this term- well done! Your posters about beach and phone safety are very interesting!

A plea to parents to demonstrate SAFE SPARKS...

- Allow yourself plenty of time as the area is likely to be busy.
- Do not park on yellow zigzag lines and avoid parking opposite them.
- If you decide to park further away, please be considerate of local residents and avoid blocking driveways or accessways.

If we are worried, we will raise concerns, share information and take prompt action with the aim of ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
