Writing - editing and improving

Today's task is to carefully read your diary entry - you may want to read it aloud to your parents!

Edit your diary entry:

Have you used the correct punctuation?

Have you used informal language?

Have you included emotions and attitudes of the character?

Have you included some detail about the events that took place?

Complete the self assessment bubble - you can write this down on a separate piece of paper if you don't have a printer.

Make any changes that you need to and send it to me!

I am really proud of how hard you have been working at home since the start of term to complete the tasks that I have set for you.
