Welcome to our Newsletter
Another sunny week has flown by! Our Summer Fun nights after school have been a huge success. Thanks for supporting these. After paying for the Bouncy Castle and food, we have made £500 for our school fund. This fund helps to subsidise our school trips and fund elements of our curriculum, such as resources needed for Forest school.
Today saw the culmination of our Local Area Study being showcased in school. The children have enjoyed visiting the exhibition in the hall throughout the day and it was great to see parents popping in this afternoon to view the work too. Earlier in the week, some of our parents took part in a Local Area Mapwork workshop alongside their children. Thanks to Martin Phillips, from Historic England, who led these sessions. They proved very interesting.
A highlight of next week will be our picnic- everyone is invited to ‘Get Together’ after school next Friday. This event sees our families mix and visit the selection of stalls on offer. Our Rainbow Raffles will also be drawn on this day- tickets for the colourful hampers are on sale after school from Monday- Wednesday next week.
Happy Birthday to you...

'Have a bostin weekend everyone!'
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is the responsibility of everyone in our school and at all times we consider what is in our children's best interests. We work to ensure our children are safe and cared for and by doing this we are protecting their health and development and preventing them from harm. If we are worried, we will raise concerns, share information and take prompt action with the aim of ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
