Welcome to our Newsletter
This week ended with a fantastic assembly from Year 1. The class were able to both educate and entertain us. They demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the countries that make up the United Kingdom and performed the Eurovision winner from Bucks Fizz superbly!
This term every class will also be going on a trip- so look out for letters informing you of these! Year 3’s trip went ahead yesterday, and they had a fabulous time at the Safari Park. Please see the photos below.
Other photos contained in this week’s newsletter celebrate the ‘Acts of Kindness’ that have been completed. Thanks to all the children who have made an impressive effort towards earning their KIND Sparks badge for this term.

BE A KIND SPARK!

Children have been set a challenge to earn a KIND SPARKS badge. Last week, your child should have brought home an Acts of Kindness Card. If all 6 acts of kindness can be completed and verified by an adult, they will receive their badge in our Achiever’s Assembly at the end of this half term.
As you can see from the photos, we have had lots of litter picking and tidying taking place- keep these acts up everyone!

Finally...
In a week where I have been blown away by the number of children performing kind acts, I will leave you with a kind message for the weekend.
Remember…
‘Kindness is like a seed that when cultivated can grow and grow and grow.’
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is the responsibility of everyone in our school and at all times we consider what is in our children's best interests. We work to ensure our children are safe and cared for and by doing this we are protecting their health and development and preventing them from harm. If we are worried, we will raise concerns, share information and take prompt action with the aim of ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
