AWARE
Well done to all the children who achieved their AWARE badge today!
Children had 6 weeks to complete all the tasks - some of which were done in school and some of which needed to be completed at home. We received lots of lovely photos from parents showing the ways in which these tasks had been completed, as evidence to gain their badge. Thank you to the parents for your support with this.
Next term, our SPARK is RESPECTFUL!
Mrs Cadman's News!
This week I have awarded certificates to all pupils who took part in the Rotary Competitions before Christmas.
The competitions included; Young Writer, Young Artist and Young Photographer.
The Rotary club were so impressed with our writing, they awarded a child from each year group as Highly Commended. These children also received a prize.
We did also have some overall winners for each of the categories - who also received a prize.
Well done to: Isacc in Year 6 (Young Artist winner); Jake in Year 6 (Young Writer winner; Mia in Year 2 (Young Photographer winner)
Thank you to all the parents who have supported with this competition.

Take a look below for details of the next Let's Get Writing Challenge! I look forward to receiving some fabulous writing. Each child who shares their writing with me, will get a special ticket in a raffle - which I will draw at the end of the Spring term.

Foster Carers Wanted
Dudley Council are looking to recruit foster carers across the Dudley Borough. Foster care plays a vital part in so many children’s and young people’s lives. In Dudley, the need for foster carers is greater than ever. Please see the attached leaflet regarding taking the first steps into becoming a foster carer.
Finally...
We have ended the term with some celebrations and I'm sure many of you are celebrating the fact that it is half term next week!

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is the responsibility of everyone in our school and at all times we consider what is in our children's best interests. We work to ensure our children are safe and cared for and by doing this we are protecting their health and development and preventing them from harm. If we are worried, we will raise concerns, share information and take prompt action with the aim of ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
