Dear Parents and Carers,
From 1st January 2024 Crestwood Park takes over the full management of the school kitchen. We welcome Mandy and Pat as Crestwood Park staff now and also our new member of staff Tonia who starts with us in January.
Following feedback from a survey recently, we have made small amendments to the 3 weekly menus. As always if you have any comments - good or 'constructive' then please feed back to us. We can't guarantee being able to act on the suggestions but we are always willing to listen.
We have introduced a commitment to serve fresh vegetables on some days too. Also our potatoes whether mashed or served whole will be bought in fresh, not made from powder. The menus below give you information on which vegetables are being served and with which choice of potato, rice, pasta accompaniment. Also which dessert is being served.
Hopefully with this extra detail you and your child can make better informed decisions about their lunches and you will feel sure they are eating a nutritionally balanced and healthy meal.
As a reminder unfortunately we have had to introduce an increase to prices so dinners will be £2.50 as at 1st January 2024.
