Year 6 Performance

I am sure you are all as excited as us about the Year 6 performance of 'Robin and the Sherwood Hoodies'. If you have requested programmes then they will be sent home on Monday. Please have a look in your child's bag.

As a reminder the first performance is on Thursday 12th July at 7pm. The second being on Friday 13th at 2pm.

If you have asked for extra programmes then these will be available to collect and pay for at the school office from Tuesday.

A friendly reminder that no pre school age children are allowed at the performances. The children have all worked extremely hard to provide a fun, enjoyable show and it's a shame when noisy siblings distract them. Thank you for your co-operation.

Fab Fund Raising

Some of our lovely Year 4 girls have worked really hard to make some gifts that they have been selling around school. They have made loom bands and stress balls and have collected an amazing £20 which is to be donated to charity. Half will go to Classroom in the Clouds, and the remainder to Dogstrust who visited us for an assembly.

Well done girls - such a lovely idea.

School Games Bronze Award

We are delighted to share our good news that we have been awarded the School Games Bronze award. This reflects the hard work and dedication shown by Mr Barnett is providing after school clubs and sports competitions. Thank you Mr B for your commitment and delivery of competitive sport.

Year Six 16th July

Year Six are yet to receive their reports, as we do not receive their SATS result until next week. Their reports will be distributed on Monday 16th July after school until 4:30pm , where Mrs Kennedy and Mrs Cooper will be on hand to explain their results. Also after school on that evening Year Six will be selling their mini-enterprise creations. This year the money will be spilt between a Year Six treat and Classroom in the Clouds. After the Nepalese teachers came to visit, the children were really inspired to raise money for this worthy cause.

Foodbank Friday 13th July

Next Friday is our last Foodbank Friday of the year. All donations big and small, of non-perishable food and toiletries etc are always welcome. Please can you bring any donations by Friday morning. Thank you, you are always so generous!
