WELLBEING

We are very happy to support a charity close to our hearts...#TEAMDIBBLE.  We will be displaying posters shortly - in the meantime you can find further details and ways in which to donate by visiting www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/team-dibble. Thank-you.

Movie Night at Crestwood Park

We had a fabulous-festive Movie Night on Wednesday; snuggled up in their pj's with blankets and popcorn in hand, our Crestwood Park children enjoyed watching their favourite festive movie. Thank-you to all those who helped on the evening, especially our Parents' Voice members.

Key Stage 1 Performance

Programmes are still avaliable- please send in your completed forms and money. If you have requested any extra, these will be available from the school office from Monday morning onwards.

Place available for Mr Barnett's Christmas Fun Day...

** Spaces still available for Mr Barnett's Christmas Fun Day on Monday 23rd December **. If you would like to book a place the cost is £10 per child, with an option to bring along a primary school aged friend (additional £10). Spare forms are available from school office if required. Promises to be a fun-filled day of festive crafts and activities (and a few hours of peace for you!).

Christmas Jumper Day...

A flyer was sent out via the children this week with details of our Christmas Jumper Day; in return for a £1 donation for Save the Children, children can either wear their Christmas jumper or if they wish to get a little creative they can decorate their own...prizes on offer for the best home-made , decorated jumper.  Thank-you in advance for your support.

Further call-out for plastic milk bottles...

We have a truly magnificent creation taking place in our Reception class, however we are seeking more empty, clean plastic milk bottles (not glass or cartons).  If you are able to help, could you please take to Reception classroom when either dropping off or collecting - thank-you. Once built, Reception class will reveal their creation.

School Magazine sales...

We have had an amazing response to our first Crestwood Park magazine, thank-you to all those that have contributed and purchased to-date.  The last day for purchasing will be Friday 6th December 2019 at 3:15pm, thank-you.

Swimming Certificates...

If your child has achieved their 25m swimming badge, could you please send their certificates in to school so as we can take a copy for our records, thank-you.

Books for Schools tokens...

Just a little reminder from Mrs. Cadman...if you are able too, please collect the Books for Schools vouchers out of The Sun and The Sun newspapers on Sunday.  We have got until the 18th January to collect 3500 vouchers to enable us to claim a selection of free books.  Please spread the word amongst families and friends.  Your support in this is really appreciated, thank-you.

Christmas Disco...

Attention all our disco groovers and movers, our Christmas Disco this year is being held on Thursday 19th December; KS1 will be from 4:45pm - 5:45pm and KS2 from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Letters have been sent out via the children this week with all the necessary details. Please return your slip and money to your class teacher, thank-you.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is the responsibility of everyone in our school and at all times we consider what is in our children’s best interests. We work to ensure our children our safe and cared for and by doing this we are protecting their health and development and preventing them from harm.  If we are worried, we will raise concerns, share information and take prompt action with the aim of ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
