Breakfast with Santa
We have had an amazing response to Breakfast with Santa, with Mondays and Fridays now being FULLY BOOKED. So, if you haven't returned your form with money then please do so as soon as possible, but by Monday 27th latest as bookings cannot be accepted after this date. It will be a fun and festive start to the day for the children where a fabulous selection of breakfast items is offered, prepared by our lovely kitchen staff. It is made extra special with a visit from Santa himself... HO, HO, HO!
Lapwood Lambs Christmas Party
Mrs Tonks and Mrs Johnson would like to invite all the little Lapwood Lambs to the Christmas party on 4th December, starting at 2.15pm. There will be a special visitor so wear your best party clothes ready to meet him....Ho Ho Ho
Children in Need
Our Pudsey raffle in aid of BBC Children in Need raised an amazing £170.00. £23 was also raised by Poppyfields Day Care so a total of £193.00 will be winging it's way to this very worthwhile cause. We would like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone for buying the raffle tickets. We hope all the winners were happy with their prizes.
Crestwood Choir in Concert
Our school choir is 'Guesting' at a Christmas Carol Concert on Monday 11th December with In Sound Company Community Choir at St James Church, Belfry Drive, Stourbridge. Our choir are singing various Carols as are the Community Choir who have invited them. The concert starts at 7:30pm and all are welcome to go along and begin the festive season listening to lovely songs and poems.
Crestwood Park is a 'No Smoking Site'
Polite reminder that the whole school site is a no smoking area as per signage displayed. We had a report last week that someone was smoking by the outdoor classroom (situated between Key Stage One and Key Stage Two play areas). If you know who this was, please remind them that smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on this site.
Flu Catch-up Clinic
There is a catch-up clinic if any children were absent on the 23rd when the flu vaccination was administered or you didn't return the form in time. This is being held at Stourbridge Library on Saturday 2nd December, by appointment only. Please ring 01902 682674 to book a place, please do not phone school.
