WELLBEING...

Our Pastoral Team would like to remind you that their 'Parent/Carer Coffee and a Chat' sessions commence on Monday 23rd September at 2:15pm. Please come via reception - we look forward to seeing you. As always, regrettably we cannot accommodate pre-school age children, thank-you.

Our School Nurse will be holding a 'Parent Drop-in' clinic from 9am - 11am on Tuesday 1st October. Please note that appointments are not necessary - should you wish to speak to the school nurse, please pop in during these times and rest assured, all conversations are dealt with in a confidential manner.

Harvest Festival Service...

Just a little reminder that our Harvest Festival Service is being held on Friday 27th September at 9:15am and will be led by our Year 6 children - please refer to the letter from Mrs Cooper.  The letter also includes TWO tickets per family - these are attached for entrance so please bring with you on the day. We hope you can celebrate Harvest with us, however as always, regrettably we cannot accommodate pre-school age children.

We are donating our 'Harvest' to Black Country Food Bank and would like to thank those who have kindly donated already - please send in your donations no later than Thursday 26th September, thank-you.  Thank-you to all that have kindly donated already.

We hope you can celebrate Harvest with us, however as always, regrettably we cannot accommodate pre-school age children.

Macmillan Coffee Morning...

Our Macmillan coffee morning will take place following the Harvest Festival (look out for further details) on Friday 27th September.  Children will be taking part in their classrooms and parents who come along can join their children in class to enjoy a cake and a cuppa.  Hot drinks and cakes (from our 'Bake Off') will be on sale in the hall.  We hope our Crestwood Park family can join us to support Macmillan's World's Biggest Coffee Morning.

Annual Student Update Forms...

Each class has been sent a set of forms which need to be completed on an annual basis; Student Update form (please note we require 3 emergency contacts), 2 Consent forms for Visits and a Photo Permission form.  Could you please ensure that all forms are returned to class no later than Wednesday 25th September. Thank-you for helping keeping your child's records up to date.  PLEASE NOTE that we have not included the Home-School Agreement forms as these will be sent out at a later date.

Mr Barnett's Questionnaire...

Selected children (who have not previously participated in After School clubs) have been sent a questionnaire via our Sports Coach, Mr Barnett.  The purpose of the questionnaire is to provide the school with feedback on the types of clubs we offer and what any barriers might be. Please return the questionnaire to class as soon as possible, thank-you.

Big News...

We are excited to announce that we are in the process of creating our very own SCHOOL MAGAZINE. It will be an opportunity for students to showcase and celebrate their creativity, talents, share news and interests.  The magazine will run each term and cost 50p.  Look out for the flyer sent out via the children this week.  The deadline for submissions will be Friday 10th November - we will send out further details via our School Life app on how your child can present their articles.

Penguins at the Birmingham Rep...

Year 1, 2 and Reception are planning their fabulous finish, with a trip to the Birmingham Rep theatre to watch a performance of 'Penguins'.  The visit will take place on the morning of Friday 6th December. The cost to include the theatre ticket and coach (and insurance) is £13:00 per child. Please look out for the letter sent out via the children this week - forms and money to be returned no later than the 16th October.
