Well Being

Today is the first day of our ABC praise assemblies. You may have read in the behaviour leaflet we gave out at parents evening, that starting today we will give out ABC postcards in praise assemblies. A for Achievement, B for Behaviour, C for Commitment. The children will be presented with these on Friday assemblies and bring them home, which will enable you to see why your child hase been chosen.

Safeguarding - MOMO dares...

In view of the concerns around MOMO, a letter was sent out by Mrs Stowe.  We cannot emphasise enough the importance of being extra vigiliant when your child is on ANY websites and specifically group-chats.

School Nurse - Parent Drop-in dates...

The school nurse will be available to meet with parents on Wednesday 13th March between 9:00am and 11:00am.  This will provide you with the opportunity to discuss any medical concerns you may have with regards to your child. No appointments necessary, please drop-in.

In the event you are unable to attend these dates, we have alternative proposed dates of 15th May (3:00pm - 4:00pm) and 20th June (9:00am - 11:00am).

World Book Day reminder...

World Book day is fast approaching - a flyer was sent out earlier this week as we are celebrating this on 7th March.  We are asking every child to take a photograph of themselves reading, which should be brought in to school on 7th March and they can also come dressed as a character from a book. Thank-you for your support.

Red Nose Day...

To celebrate Red Nose day, we are encouraging all children to wear Pyjama's (suitable for a day at school) - however this is optional, otherwise please ensure your child wears their uniform, thank-you.  We are asking for a minimum voluntary contribution of 50p.  Red Noses will be available to purchase from the school office at a cost of £1:25. School Council will be selling red nose cookies on the day at lunchtime for 20p - all children are welcome to purchase (even if not had hot dinners).

After School Clubs...

Please remember to sign your children up for the exciting after-school clubs organised for this term - there are currently places available.

Thank-you from parent...

"A massive thank-you to whoever handed in the school bag found in the park on Wednesday evening - very much appreciated". Message received from Mrs Hayes.

Nurture Room Extension Works...

We are getting pretty excited as the work is progressing really well and appears to be on schedule.  Please remember to stay safe and remain cautious in the area.  Thank-you for your patience whilst the work continues.
