Well Being

We are thinking of having a purpose built walking/running track on our school field. What do you think...? If you weren't able to complete the short questionnaire at parents' evening, it is also on the school life app. We very much appreciate your input. You will find it on the menu on the left hand side of the app. Thank You!

No After-School Clubs first week back...

Please note that there will not be any After-School clubs running during the first week back to school (i.e. week commencing 25th February), please look out for any letters from Mr Barnett which will be sent out shortly.

Positive feedback following Parents Evening...

We are delighted that our Crestwood Park family have such positive things to say about our school - here are some of the lovely things that they have to say...

"I am running out of great things to write about this school. As teachers and pupils have set such a high standard, there are only ever positivies.  Both of my children are blossoming into confident young boys and they are eager to learn".

"Your support means to much to our family. These early years are very important to us, to create as many wonderful memories as possible, so thank you for being a big part of that, and helping make sure our son's life is filled with happiness and love. From the bottom of my heart, thank-you".

Digital Ambassador Competition now closed

Thank you to the children who have entered  and we have been blown away by the marvellous entries received. The competition has now closed and we will be announcing the winner after half-term on the first Friday assembly. May we take this opportunity to thank our Crestwood Park family for taking the time to support the children with this.

Half-term activities

We have been made aware of activities around the Borough during this February half-term.  All information can be found on Dudley's website www.Dudley.gov.uk. Something you may all be interested in is Park Active. "Let's get active in our local parks" commences 16th February 2019, which are FREE weekly outdoor fitness sessions for groups of all abilities - visit the Dudley website for further information. It is also worth visiting the Family Information Service website as they have lots of events going on including various Holiday Schemes - please visit their website and click on 'Events - what's on' section; http://fis.dudley.gov.uk/fsd/ or call them on 01384 814398.

World Book Day

We will be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 7th March. Children can come to school dressed as a character from their favourite book and bring with them a story, object or the book on this day. If your child is not interested in 'dress up' children could just wear some bright clothes in celebration of the day but should also bring an object from their favourite book or the book itself. Please look out for further details - a letter about World Book day will be sent out after half-term.

Nurture Room Extension Works

During the half-term break, extension works will continue.  All work is progressing well and on schedule.  Please remember to stay safe and remain cautious in the area.  Thank-you for your understanding.

Inconsiderate Parking

We have had a call again from one of our neighbours in Albermarle Road to say someone has parked their small black car across her driveway. We can't be sure it's one of our parents and we would like to think you are all considerate and thoughtful. We always advise residents who call school, to take down the registration number and report it to the police. Please be mindful of the residents when you park your cars as it can cause a lot of inconvenience; this lady had an appointment she could not attend.

Finally Happy Half Term.....

All of the staff at Crestwood Park would like to wish you a happy, chilled half term break. We look forward to seeing you all refreshed on Monday 25th.
