SILVER School Games Mark!

We are delighted to announce that Crestwood Park has been awarded the 'Silver ' School Games Mark. This is in recogniton of our commitment to and engagement in competitive sport. Whilst many staff contribute to PE in school, a massive thank you and well done should go to Mr Barnett for his organisation, coaching and support of children in the many competitions we have taken part in. Also we could not achieve this without our wonderfully  talented children and your support too. So often competitions rely on your help with transport.

So Well Done and Thank You to everyone who has contributed in any way  to  the 'Silver School Games Mark' at Crestwood Park.

School Production "TIME LORD" **...

We are so proud of all Key Stage 2 performers for putting on a superb production last night. At the time of producing this newsletter, we eagerly await this afternoon's next stunning performance. A massive thank-you to all those involved to-date.

Mr Barnett's Splendid Summer Fun Week...

Please look out for the letters sent out via the children this week - our awesome sports coach, Mr Barnett will be running a summer fun week starting on Monday 22nd July to Friday 26th July.  The club will run from 9:00am to 3:00pm. All children will have the opportunity to participate in a number of sporting activities.  Crestwood Park are inviting all children to bring a friend from another school.  The sessions will take place either on the school field, playground or in the school hall depending on the weather. Please refer to the letter for further information ** Remember - spaces fill quickly so please return your slip and money to the office no later than Thursday 18th July, thank-you **.

School Uniform and 'labelplant'...

A letter will be sent out via the children on Monday detailing the importance of Crestwood Park's uniform policy - we pride ourselves on building a sense of belonging and identity for our children.  A big part of this is our uniform and how smart we all look and feel. We have teamed up with 'labelplanet' and have a set of their 'Stikins' personalised stickers to give to each child (these will accompany the letter) - you can order the 'Stikins' name labels via their website and please remember to quote our school fundraising number 5271.  We hope this will cut down on lost property and the cost to parents when having to buy replacements. Should you have any questions relating to our school uniform policy, please come in and speak to Mrs Cooper or Mrs Kennedy, thank-you.
