Main lesson

Watch todays maths lesson on measuring lengths. I have included some worksheets to try below!

English - Grammar and Punctuation

We will be using classroom secrets grammar and punctuation powerpoints to enable your child to complete the worksheet. The worksheet is based on adding -es to singular and plural nouns.

In this step children will learn that not all plural nouns are formed by adding ‘s’, and that some add ‘es’ instead.

All singular nouns ending in –s, -x, -z, -sh, -ch, or –ss must add ‘es’ to the end of the word to form the plural, instead of ‘s’.

Children will see examples of words which add ‘es’ to form the plural and will practise changing words from singular to plural following the same patterns.

They will be able to complete sentences using the plural form of nouns ending in –s, -x, -z, -sh, -ch, or –ss.

Curriculum lesson - R.E.

Here is this weeks R.E. lesson looking at the key parts of a Jewish synagogue.

Covid support

Doing exercise and other physical activity can have a positive impact on your mood, improve your sleep, and reduce stress and anxiety. There are lots of easy ways to get moving like walking or gardening. If you can’t exercise outside, you can find free, easy 10-minute workouts from Public Health England (PHE) or other exercise videos to try at home on the NHS Fitness Studio.
