Hello Year 5- It is important to stay fit and healthy at home.
Excercise helps to keep our body healthy but it also helps with our mental health.
I love to excercise on a morning when I wake up, even if I am feeling down I know once I have excercised it will lift my mood, I will be feeling happy and full of energy ready for the day.
Below are a few different P.E sessions you could choose to complete this week. You can complete them on your own or you could get your family involved and complete them together.
