Welcome to

Crestwood Park Primary School

Be the best you can be

Welcome to our Newsletter

Today has been a very happy day in school!

Our wellbeing day has indeed gone very well and the children have experienced all the five ways to wellbeing.

Please keep scrolling to read and see more from today.

Your child has also come home with their planted sunflower seed in a pot. This can be placed directly into the ground, or into larger pot to be nurtured.

When a sunflower appears, we would very much like the flower to be brought back into school.

Our aim is to create a bed of sunflowers within the school grounds.

Hopefully you are up for the challenge!

Pastoral Update

Today was our Wellbeing Day, the day has been filled with laughter and fun!

Our children came to school dressed in their favourite colour, thanks to you all. During the day they have had a sensory experience in the Cosy Cave to include Geli bath, sand play, playdough, magnetic building tiles and a ride on a bike/scooter.

Children have also decorated a brick for our graffiti wall and learnt some new dance moves.

They have decorated a pot, planted a sunflower seed and had their photo taken with a friend in The Meadow.

There have also been a variety of activities in each classroom.

Why not take a look at some of the photos to see what we've been getting up to.

Have a lovely weekend, look after each other, Lots of love The Pastoral Team xxx

Finally...

Hoping that your weekend brings some wellbeing opportunities- those of relaxation, reflection and fun with family and friends!

Please take a look at the newsletter titled "What's Going On In Our Community" for information regarding events in the local area!

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is the responsibility of everyone in our school and at all times we consider what is in our children's best interests. We work to ensure our children are safe and cared for and by doing this we are protecting their health and development and preventing them from harm.  If we are worried, we will raise concerns, share information and take prompt action with the aim of ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
