Be the best you can be

Welcome to our Newsletter

October has arrived and we are starting to count down to some more of our Autumn events- including our first Parents Evening, which will take place next week. These meetings will be a chance to discuss how your child is settling into life in their new year groups. The Book Fair will also be open throughout the evening

Children will be preparing for the School Council Elections in the coming weeks. If your child would like to be considered for the role of a school councillor representative, please encourage them to have their speeches at the ready!

The final week of this half term will be a busy one, with school photographs, discos and an Achievement Assembly all taking place.

So, keep scrolling to keep informed...

Scholastic Book Fair!

This week, during my assembly, the children have had a sneak peak at our annual book fair.

Next week, children will have the chance to view the books in their classes.

The book fair will then be open during Parent's Evening on Wednesday 7th October from 3:45pm to 7pm.

For every book that is purchased, school will get rewards, which we can then spend on books for classrooms.

So please do come and have a look with your child.

Card payments will be available.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is the responsibility of everyone in our school and at all times we consider what is in our children's best interests. We work to ensure our children are safe and cared for and by doing this we are protecting their health and development and preventing them from harm.  If we are worried, we will raise concerns, share information and take prompt action with the aim of ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
