This week, we are going to continue our work on decimals.  

You revisited decimals last week, with a focus on decimals to 2 d.p.  This week we will look at thousandths.

Each day there will be a different activity to complete!

Today's task is to watch the video and answer the questions within it.  You don't need to send me your answers today - just work through the video and gain a good understanding of thousandths.

This week, we would like you to focus on learning your times tables.

Knowing your times table facts is incredibly important.

So throughout this week, you will be learning your tables through music!

Each day their will be a different task to complete.  

You can write your work out on to a sheet of paper.

Today - look through the Powerpoint - make notes if it helps.

Spellings

Here are the Spelling word lists for Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and 6. 

Challenge yourself to practise 10 a day.  You can practise using Look, Cover, Write, Check and then challenge yourself to include them in a paragraph.  

Continue to complete the spelling tasks on Purple Mash too. 

Reading

Read the text and answer the questions.

We are continuing our new Science topic Evolution and Inheritance.

Read through the information sheets 'Lesson 4 Charles Darwin' and follow the instructions written in Purple.
