A Quiet Week Awaits.....

As you can see from the diary dates above the only after School Clubs are KS1 and KS2 Cookery, art club (Yr 6) and Running Club. Look out for letters which are coming out very soon giving details of the activities on offer next half term. Places will be limited so be sure to hand your slips back as soon as possible.

Reception 'Play and Learn' has come to an end

As the Reception children continue to progress, the next part of growing and learning is linked to helping with their transition to Year 1. Due to this, the Monday afternoon Play and Learn sessions have come to an end. We are sure you will have enjoyed these times spent with your child.

After School Sports Clubs

From next half term, the way we collect payment for after school sports clubs is changing. At present the coach collects 50p from each child each week. This can take 15/20mins out of each session - especially when children leave their money in the classroom and have to go back for it. Therefore, from next half term sports clubs will cost £2.50p per half term (which will still equate to 50p per week) whether there are 4, 5 or 6 session in that period. Payment will be collected at the beginning of each half term when you sign children up for clubs and is non refundable.

Library Sessions are a No Food Zone

It has come to our attention that food items are being taken into the Key Stage One library during reading sessions. I am sure you will appreciate that there are many £'s worth of books in there and we wouldn't like to see any damaged by spillages or greasy finger marks. Thank you for your co-operation.

Crestwood Cups Mufti Day Change to Date

Please note that Crestwood cups Mufti day has changed to Monday 19th June. This is due to two reasons. Firstly, Reception class have their class assembly on 16th and would like to wear their uniforms. Secondly Year 6 will be away at the residential visit so will miss out on the occasion. The 'Bring a Bottle' Mufti day on the 9th June remains the same.

Happy Half Term

Finally, all of the staff at Crestwood Park would like to wish you all a very enjoyable week off. May the sun continue to shine and you all take a well earned break. Stay safe and we will see you all back refreshed on Monday 5th June.
